VENUEAUDIT

Authorized event security testing

You invest in security. We verify it works.

Independent, pre-authorized audits and controlled red-team exercises for stadiums, arenas, festivals, concert venues — and the malls, hotels, and campuses that host crowds. Confidential findings. Practical fixes. Follow-up verification.

Why this exists

The policy binder says one thing. Gate 4 at 9:40 PM does something else.

Screening, wristband checks, credential verification, and restricted-area control are only as strong as the person running them in the moment. Most operators learn where the gaps are from an incident, a lawsuit, or a headline. We give you a third option: find out quietly, in advance, from a team you authorized.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Scope & Authorize

Operator and security lead sign a written scope and rules of engagement. Nothing happens outside it.

  2. 02

    Review

Policies, staffing, credential design, and past incidents, before anyone sets foot on site.

  3. 03

    Field Test

Only the approved scenarios, in the approved areas, with a live stop-work line to your safety controller.

  4. 04

    Report & Retest

Confidential report in 48–72 hours, named action owners, and a follow-up to confirm the fix held.

Deliverables

What you receive

  • Executive summary your GM can read in five minutes
  • 6–12 controlled observations, each tied to a specific policy clause
  • Risk register with impact and confidence ratings
  • Corrective-action plan with named owners and due dates
  • Retest proposal to verify the fix
  • Confidential handling: restricted storage, agreed retention, no individual staff named

Safety & authorization

Our non-negotiables

Authorization first.

The venue or operator with actual authority signs a detailed scope before any field activity.

No dangerous materials. Ever.

No weapons, replicas, or controlled substances are used in live testing. Prohibited-item response is evaluated through supervised tabletop exercises.

No guarantees, no theater.

Reports describe observed outcomes under specific conditions. We never certify a venue as “secure,” and we never stage a stunt for the sake of a finding.

Find it before the news does.
