About
Built to find the gap before it finds you
VenueAudit was founded by Lyth Elkour, a Houston-raised operator who has spent his career running measurable programs for service businesses and who kept noticing the same thing at live events: the plan on paper and the gate at 9:40 PM are two different things. We built a firm to close that distance — independent of any security vendor, accountable only to the operator who hires us.
